For assistance, email orders@pinchprovisions.com or call 847-545-9500 (weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM CST). We accept returns of unopened kits in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less initial shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How to Return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain a required Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip and RA number included.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a description of the defect and your order number. You may request a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
