Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less initial shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
How to Return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain a required Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip and RA number included.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a description of the defect and your order number. You may request a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.
